  Attempted to do a cake tasting for my wedding. No one knew anything. The person working gave me the cakes and said no charge, I had to correct him to the 20 dollars. I simply asked how much a sheet cake is and the response I got was " you need to pay the 60 dollars consultation in order for someone to discuss pricing." The gentleman who was running the counter was running around with his head cut off while two women in the back snickered about me and gave him a hard time for trying to help me. Overall I was very disappointed with the customer service. As far as the cake is concerned, we liked the yellow cake and buttercream frosting , but the red velvet didn't taste right.

  Was told to try them by a co worker, never again, Attempts to call them were all a fail ( I tried 10 times) all the locations have one number, which is just plain stupid. They are 25 minutes from me and it was 2 degrees out so I wanted to call and see if my request could even be done. No answer. So I drove out there and what do you know they take 3 days to make a simple sheet cake that Jewel-Osco can do in a day ( I only chose them because of licensing issues on the character). I wish they would have just simply answered one of the many phone calls so I didn't waste my time. Never going to try again with this company. Terrible customer service.
