  Recently brought a group of friends here for my birthday. The staff was friendly and attentive. The one suggestion I have for management would be to approach parties with a little more organization. We were briefed on the rules of the qualifying race in the lobby while the briefing for our second race was trackside and we could barely hear the guy over the sound of the karts.
  
  We also didn't have any sort of expectation set on how long our break between races would be. The staff seemed a little irate with waiting for everyone to get back from the bathroom and their cigarettes, maybe they were rushed or on a tight schedule. Setting expectations on when the second race would begin up front would have alleviated stress for everyone. These are just suggestions for improving on what was a fun experience for all of my guests.
  
  After the race, the bar staff did a great job with keeping our group fed and with a drink in their hand. If the location was closer to home, I'd pop in just for the bar. Food and drinks were good, plenty of pool tables, lots of room to hang out and come down from the adrenaline rush on the track.

  The go karts were fine. The staff was horrible the Hindu chick cashier that help took forever go get us all checked in, she looked dumb.. the bald headed manager or boss made it ever worse. Like he was no help to our problem. They just wanted our money. The staff is plain dumb and inexperienced
